THE SPACE
This property abounds in spaces large enough for a sizeable group but is also suitable for a bit of quiet time. Tootgarook Beach House has an open plan living area, three bedrooms that sleep 12 guests, and two bathrooms. Outside is well equipped with outdoor furniture and a BBQ.

Tootgarook Beach House caters to all your holiday needs and is very affordable.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

Bedroom 1: 1x King Bed - Sleeps 2 guests
Bedroom 2: 1x Tri-bunk Bed (Double bottom/Single top) & 1x Single bunk bed (single bottom/single top) - Sleeps 5 guests
Bedroom 3: 1x Tri-bunk Bed (Double bottom/Single top) & 1x Single Bunk bed (Single bottom/Single top) Sleeps 5 guests

Please note: there is one baby porta cot also available.

Linen is provided for your stay.

What to bring: beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats.

Guests have the choice of hiring the following:

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).

Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom which includes a bathmat and hand towel.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery / set-up fee of $40.

If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing.

For towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours notice as last minute requests may not be possible.

Lost or damaged hired linen / towels may incur costs.
Ready Set Stay will assume no towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. A QR code for the manual is also available at the property. If you need any guidance, reach out to our team, we are happy to help.

GETTING AROUND
There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we reserve the right to evict guests.

Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.

Linen is included in the home. Required to bring your towels unless prearranged.

Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home and therefore unfortunately we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the home easily.
