Your perfect bayside escape awaits at this light-filled three-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse, ideally positioned just moments from the beach and with spectacular views from the rooftop terrace. With relaxed coastal styling and modern comforts throughout, this beautifully presented home is perfect for families or small groups seeking a laid-back yet luxurious stay.
Enjoy open-plan living with a gas fireplace and air conditioning for year-round comfort. The fully equipped kitchen flows to a secure courtyard with a BBQ — perfect for summer evenings. Unwind in the spa bath, or take advantage of the upstairs retreat with a day bed and trundle for extra guests.

Located in a premier pocket of Elwood, you’re within walking distance to the best of bayside living — including Elwood and St Kilda beaches, Luna Park, the lively Acland Street dining strip, scenic parks, and the Bay Trail. Public transport options are just a short stroll away for easy city access.
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
