Quiet Policy:

The apartment building has a quiet policy from 22:00pm until 07:00am. Please note, as this apartment and building is an older style, the walls are thin. Please be mindful and respectful of the residents and owners in the building by keeping noise levels to a minimum at all times. Parties, loud gatherings, and congregating in common areas are strictly not permitted.
