Due to strict insurance requirements, additional visitors beyond the booked guests are not permitted. Therefore, any breach of this rule may result in immediate eviction and enforcement of penalties.

2. Outdoor areas are off-limits after 10:30 PM, including decks, balconies, spas, and pools.
3. No parties or unapproved gatherings allowed at any time.
4. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms and external cameras.
5. No "schoolies" bookings. Please adhere to this policy.
6. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.
7. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.
8. Only the number of guests specified in your booking can be on the property.
9. The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property at any time during the day or night is 8.
10. Parking is only permitted in designated areas on the property; no street or nature strip parking. There is space for 2 cars at the property.
