The space
The Agarwood is a thoughtfully styled 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on a high floor of a modern Melbourne CBD building, perfectly positioned in the heart of the city.
The open-plan living and dining area is flooded with natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows, with a comfortable lounge, marble-topped coffee tables, and a smart TV with Netflix included. Step onto the private balcony for uninterrupted views of the Melbourne skyline, spectacular day or night, and especially memorable at sunset.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, rangehood, microwave, dishwasher, full-size fridge, Nespresso machine, and generous storage, everything you need for a proper meal in. A breakfast bar with stools makes mornings easy.
The bedrooms features built-in wardrobes, premium linen, and a calm, restful feel. The second bedroom offers two single beds with stunning skyline views, and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping for two more guests, accommodating up to six in total.
