You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Location + possibly the biggest private balcony in Richmond- Overlooks MGC, AAMI

Location location. Walking distance to MCG, AAMI stadium, Tennis Centre. 2 mins to Trams, train & buses. Possibly the biggest private balcony in Richmond with 270deg, city facing views over Melbourne. 1 BR, lounge plus separate dining area. Massive balcony has big outdoor table, bar area and covered retreat 'Hamptons' styled chairs to chillout and re-cap your day.

There is a blow up double mattress too if you need it.
It is difficult to resist having friends over, so don't stress, you can have friends over to play - not stay! Please keep numbers to <8. Don't disturb / wake the neighbours - (We are good friends with the neighbours).
Any more than 8 people please ask permission Or FULL deposit will be kept! You mayNOT bring any other audio system in the apartment. This shows intent for a party. Police will be called and you will be instantly evicted.

Weekend away
Had a boys weekend away and needed somewhere central to stay. Di was so easy going with everything. Gave us our space, but was on hand if required. Deck view is one of the best in Melbourne.
