    Soak up relaxed coastal living in this bright and natural double-storey home tucked in a quiet beachside pocket of Frankston. Just moments from three leafy local parks and an easy stroll to the stunning Frankston Foreshore – with mesmerising scenes of beach and sunset, pier, and waterfront cafés – this is the perfect base for unwinding and exploring.

    It's also walkable to Frankston Town, Bayside Shopping Centre, Hospital, Monash University campus and the train station (commuting to Melbourne CBD in an hour), and everything the beautiful Mornington Peninsula has to offer.

    The home
    Our home is a townhouse with three bedrooms in beachside Frankston
    - with a garage and one on-site parking
    - And a spacious backyard

    Kitchen
    The heart of the home is the sleek, modern stone-benchtop kitchen, opening to a sunny dining and living area and to a wooden deck via glass sliders that flood the space with southern light. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, rice cooker, kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine. Other cooking utensils and cooking basics are provided, and you will be welcomed with complimentary coffee and tea.

    Pure and clean space with a comfortable leather sofa and TV;
    A six-person dining table is set between the kitchen and the TV area.
    WiFi is provided
    Air conditioning and ducted heating provide comfort for our guests all year-round.

    Bedrooms:
    All three bedrooms have their own en-suite, certainly a time saver and de-stresser for those rushed mornings or evenings on a trip; The spacious master bedroom upstairs also features its own luxurious bath in the en-suite, while the other two generous queen bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) each have private en-suites with a rain shower head. Fresh towels, shampoo, shower gel and hairdryer are provided.

    All bedrooms have split air conditioning for both cooling and heating functions for year-round comfort. There is also a ducted heating system throughout the house. Blackout blinds, quality mattress and linen ensure a great night’s sleep.

    Single occupancy:
    The listing is competitively priced based on 2 guests. The house can cater maximum upto 6 guests. Each ensuite queen bedroom accommodates up to two guests (ideal for couples or solo travellers wanting full privacy). Each additional guest is AUD10 per night (to cover extra linen, utilities and cleaning for three private ensuite bedrooms).
    As Vrbo does not have a single-occupancy option, we kindly ask our guests to make the booking with the number of guests to reflect single occupancy as follows:
    minimum 1 guests for 1 bedroom,
    minimum 3 guest for 2 bedrooms,
    minimum 5 guests for all 3 bedrooms open.
    This covers extra linen, utilities and cleaning - thank you for understanding!

    Other spaces:
    A handy study nook adds extra space for work or quiet time upstairs.
    Adjacent to the living area is a laundry area equipped with a washer, detergent, fabric softener, iron and ironing board.

    Check-in/out time
    Our standard check-in time is from 3 PM, and check-out time is 11am. If you require an earlier check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible. For same-day bookings made after 3 PM, kindly reach out to us beforehand so we can let you know if we are able to get it ready for you.

    Strictly NO Parties policy
    To ensure a peaceful and respectful environment for all guests and neighbours, parties and large gatherings are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. We also kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum, especially during quiet hours between 9 PM to 7 AM. Any violation of this policy may result in a $500 cleaning fee, immediate termination of your stay without refund.

    Note on SMOKING
    Smoking is not allowed in indoor areas. You’re welcome to smoke in the outdoor area; just be sure to dispose of cigarette butts properly. This helps keep the space fresh and clean for all guests.

    Self check-in and amenities
    Our place is set up for easy self check-in, so you can settle in comfortably at your own pace. Fresh linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay, though there is no automatic replacement during your visit. If you’d like a linen refresh or additional cleaning during your stay, just let us know, we’re happy to assist. (service fee may apply). We’re also glad to help with luggage drop-off or storage requests whenever possible. Please don’t hesitate to reach out!
