A desirable seaside escape located within minutes of breathtaking scenery and the coastline of Rye beach.

A well-appointed kitchen (with 900mm oven) is underscored by beautiful coastal flooring and gas fireplace, bringing a sense of calm and unity for the whole family, before spilling outwards to a huge covered deck with TV, ceiling fan and pizza oven – perfect setting for indoor-outdoor entertaining.

All serviced by a sleek fully renovated bathroom with bath and shower, and complemented by the comfort of an additional WC and reverse cycle heating/AC along with a gas log fireplace in the living room and ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

A desirable seaside escape located within minutes of the breathtaking scenery and rugged coastline of Rye ocean beach, and a short drive to golf courses, Peninsula Hot Springs and beautiful wineries.

Please note front gate currently not operational and cannot be closed.

This home has a no party policy and we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night. In the interests of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 11pm.
