Located in the tranquil coastal village of Warneet which is renowned for great fishing and an abundance of nature and birdlife the house is just a stone's throw away from the river estuary. We have all the amenities to ensure your family and friends have a truly wonderful break. Play pool, table tennis, light an indoor or outdoor fire, explore the inlet, go fishing, play tennis at the local reserve, bush walks, get something to eat or just relax with the house fully equipped and watch the spectacular sunsets from the balcony. There is also a newly built inground swimming pool for you to enjoy all year round. Many people come to Warneet for the peace and tranquility of the natural environment.

What a place!

Perfect stay

Jeremy’s property was perfect. Perfect location too for boating and fishing.Unfortunately weather wasn’t on our side however will definitely recommend those that are looking to go boating.Long gated driveway also so you cn park your toys and feel safe.

Family xmas

Extended family gathered for five days of Xmas. We loved the pool, pool table, tennis table and area. The house was perfect, clean, roomy and had everything we needed for cooking and entertaining ourselves.

We had a great time at Jeremy’s lovely place. The house was clean, warm and had lots of activities. The heated pool was excellent. Had a lovely weekend away with the family. We will definitely be coming back.

We had an amazing getaway at this fantastic house! It was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures, if not better. Great Family Gathering

The property was awesome. We go away every Easter as a family - 12 of us and this house was perfect. Lots of entertainment billiards, table tennis and the pool (wow). The house had everything you needed, very clean and comfortable and lots of space. Jeremy the host was very helpful and obliging. We would highly recommend this property. Quiet Family Getaway

Good size home with good amenities. Well equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Nice modern decor. Activities for the children like pool table and table tennis table were a bonus. Large backyard for the children and dogs to run around. Friendly locals and Grocery store. A bit of a hidden gem.

Everything was good, except the furniture was not very good.

It was a very quiet and nice area, but the neighbor's yard was very dirty and didn't have a nice view. We are very grateful to the landlord for providing good facilities such as detergents and…… in the house.

Great house for families

Everything you can ask for in a holiday house for a family (or 2 families in our case). Lots of room for everyone and the kids loved the pool. Jeremy was easy to reach and communicate with and was very accomodating. Can't recommend this place enough.
