Appealingly renovated, it features robes to all bedrooms, ensuite, open living, kitchen with Bosch gas cooktop, electric oven and dishwasher, hydronic heating and ducted evaporative cooling. Parking is generous with both a carport and garage. The paved yard, also has a substantial decked area and is spacious and private.

Guests will have access to the entire townhouse for the duration of their stay.



Other Things to Note:

PETS RULES

We love animals and want them to holiday with you, but it's common courtesy to the other guests that you clean after your fur animal before you leave.

To avoid a pet cleaning fee, please do not allow pets on the couch. Pet hair takes time and effort to remove off the couch. Please being your fur animals own bedding.



**Pet deposit of $200 may also be required**



** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
