We welcome you to Emmaline Guest Cottage, a charming and character-filled 1930s home in the heart of Northcote. Offering warmth, style and classic period appeal, this cosy cottage is ideal for couples, families or small groups looking for a comfortable base close to transport, dining, green spaces and inner-Melbourne convenience.

Perfectly positioned in Northcote, the cottage is just a short walk to the route 11 tram and Croxton train station, providing easy access to Fitzroy and Melbourne’s CBD. Guests can also enjoy the nearby restaurant and shopping precincts, supermarkets and casual eateries. The scenic St Georges bike path passes close by, connecting cyclists directly into Fitzroy and the city, while the Merri Creek Trail and Northcote Public Golf Course offer beautiful outdoor recreation close to home.

This well-kept character cottage includes two comfortable bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen for home cooking, a cosy living area with smart TV and WiFi, and a generous fully fenced backyard ideal for relaxing outdoors. Off-street parking and a washing machine provide added convenience for longer stays.
