Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Non existent communication from the host despite multiple attempts in the proceeding days. Stayz staff were able to make contact the morning we were leaving and told all was fine and instructions would come through in a few hours. Call when we were half an hour away from check in cancelling due to reported electrical issues and asked for bank details for “refund”Stayz staff were great though, refunded instantly and did what they could. Would not recommend, questioning whether the place even exists and an experience we could have done without.

Cannot review this property as we never got to stay in this property as it was down for maintenance and the house apparently was an apartment. The alternative accommodation offered to me was even further away from our venue and we never got to stay in that one either as the owner who never sent us the address or how to get access to it decided to cancel our booking when we were at the airport about to fly to Melbourne. Communication from him was appalling and would not recommend him at all with false advertising too. We eventually got a refund but were still out of pocket for the extra accommodation we had to find on arrival in Melbourne. Disgusted and will never use them again and certainly not recommend the owner and his properties to anyone.
