"We specifically booked this hotel as the property advertised Laundry (that the guests can use). We were greatly disappointed as the was the one stop that we paid slightly more than our budget and went slightly out of way just for the laundry. It was also the only night we had booked for laundry during our whole trip and we could only bring a backpack. The hotel was also a little weird in that the hall lights on the different floors went off overnight. We had to get up early to catch a train and went out our door and everything was dark. We had to use our phone flashlights. Overall, it was okay."

"Our “Classic Double Room” was so beautiful and spacious with many amenities including cozy bathrobes and a balcony with a gorgeous view, very comfortable bed, separate living room with huge storage space and an extra half bath. The decor was warm and inviting and very elegant with beautiful walls and furniture. The restaurant offers excellent choices and the breakfast buffet was expansive and delicious! I can’t wait to come again some day! "

The staff made us feel so welcome, and the hotel itself has a warm, inviting charm. But what truly took our breath away was the view from our room. Waking up to those stunning mountains felt like waking up in heaven—an experience that fills you with gratitude. We will always remember our stay here and cannot wait to return.
