"My partner and I were absolutely blown away when we arrived at this property in the middle of a snow season. I can’t even describe it beauty. Everything was conveniently, with a light lunch/dinner provided at no charge. It was so nice to come home from a day at the slopes and eat amazing warm food! They also provide afternoon tea with wine, where you can overlook a gorgeous view. Complimentary private onsens was another highlight. The rooms were spacious, very clean and had heated floors....

"We loved our stay at the Hakuba Marriott! It had a great gym, the in room onsen was perfect after a day on the slopes and the staff were so friendly. It was walkable to the main drag and provides a shuttle to the ski resorts right out front. It was nice to come back and enjoy a drink at the bar after dinner. We cannot wait to stay here again!"

"Nice and kind staff. Easy going. Clean. Nice breakfast. I am vegetarian and I was a bit limited but made do. A lot of fish/meat dishes. Skiing: easy free shuttles from the hotel and back. They have cheaper lift tickets for sale at the hotel. Had a nice home cooked meal nearby. The only issue is most of the laundry machines were out of service and the one available took 4 hours and the clothes were still damp. So I would only hope that they fix the laundry. "
