2. The Rustic Spirit

Kurrajong Heights

"Rustic Spirit is a magical place to unplug and slip into the tranquility of this property. The privacy of the chalet, the spa and the outlook make this place something special. The daily breakfast that is included was amazing especially the Rosti! The hosts are lovely and we’re a great source of local information and the on-site massage was amazing This place is a must if you looking for a bush-mountain experience without all the hustle and bustle of Katoomba. Comfort Resort Leura Gardens

10/10 Excellent

"Great night away, comfortable beds, clean room, lovely staff."

Parklands Country Gardens and Lodges

10/10 Excellent

"Great stay with a fantastic room. Staff were very attentive"

Motel Echo Point

8/10 Good

"Location near Echo Point and Katoomba Falls is great. Bed was comfortable, very nice towels. Limited availability of front desk, so even though they offer luggage storage, you have to work around their schedule. Biggest issue was the pillows smelled bad and no one was at the desk when we realized it. Luckily found some pillows in a cabinet that didn’t smell."

3 Sisters Motel

8/10 Good

"We were there for 5 night's and the manager indicated not long after we settled in that as were were there for an extended period, if a bigger unit became available he would shift us to that. As we had already moved everything in, my wife told him not to worry (I would not have said that). As they already knew well in advance that we were there for 5 nights I thought they may have given us a bigger unit anyhow. During our stay, while supplies were replenished regularly the towels were not changed, maybe that was our fault. Other places we have been at would have automatically done that. Parking allocations were not always strictly adhered to, although it was not a major issue. Overall, we were happy with the room and the location."

Commercial Hotel Motel Lithgow

"Great stay"

Hotel Blue & Cottages, Katoomba

10/10 Excellent

"Great place to stay right across from the local RSL. My go to for a stay in Katoomba."

Metropole Katoomba

10/10 Excellent

"This hotel is so cool! When I booked, I didn’t realize it was a 1920s building decorated in art deco style. We loved exploring the shared rooms, such as the billiard room, library, and lounge - it reminded me of being in the game Clue. Antiques and stained glass windows added to the charm. Very unique. The room was clean and the bathroom was updated with all the amenities we needed - very fun and memorable stay. The parking entrance is steep, so you have to plan your angle of approach, but it was fine."

Kyah Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We had a great 2 night stay at Kyah, the staff were lovely and attentive throughout our stay. Dinner at Blaq was delicious and our waiter (a young guy with brown hair) was so chatty and made us feel really welcome. The hot tub was also a great plus for us to enjoy!"

Sky Rider Motor Inn

8/10 Good

"Good point to stay close to Katoomba. Very handy location for Three Sisters."
