"Wonderful stay. The room is large and comfortable and incredibly clean. There are a lot of stairs but the elevators work well and are quick. The staff is efficient. They can organize transfer to the airport for you, which was helpful. Seriously, though, the room. It was so bright and clean and the beds were nice. No sofa beds, no family of four crammed into a tiny space. It was WONDERFUL."

"The food and drinks were a little price, but at least the food portions were very large. Enough for 2 meals. Some of the staff were very welcoming and nice, however, there were some that were not. Very disappointed about that. Due to that, I would not stay again, but overall, nice facility, clean, safe, but I’m really big on the staff. 5 stars for most, 3 for ‘some’ of the staff. *Also, I rarely write reviews, but this was needed. "It was a very nice hotel. The breakfast was excellent, but was NOT free! The property is near the airport, which was handy. However, the city center, where the most activity is in Lisbon, is not within walking distance. There are few restaurants near here "

Especially José and the entire staff were extremely helpful; their friendly attitude and solution-oriented approach made us feel very comfortable. The rooms and common areas were very clean, with daily housekeeping, and we had no issues with noise. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore the city. We sincerely thank the staff for their professionalism and hospitality, and we wish them continued success. "
