"Pros:Overall the stay was good. Very quiet neighborhood that also seems safe. House is small but serves the purpose. Beds are as comfortable as you would expect a guest bed to be. Fully functional kitchen with what you need to be able to make a standard meal if needed. Plenty of blankets and pillows. Michael and his wife are very prompt to answer calls or text. Cons:Says it sleeps 6 people, but only if at least 2 of them are children. They must sleep on a loveseat. There are no pull out beds. The shower head had an issue while we were there. If you turned on the overhead shower it doesn’t work properly, more water hits the wall than what comes down to hit you. Also, directions need to be left for the air conditioner. I needed to text the owner to learn how to work it. Extras:It would be nice to have a broom. I have kids and would like to be able to sweep up the crumbs they leave behind. Check out instructions would also be a plus. I don’t like leaving stuff in a disarray but I wasn’t told what to do with the trash, bath towels we used, or the sheets. (I am one of those people that like to clean up after themselves)Overall we would stay here again. There are more pros than cons and it was a nice stay overall. "

"Love the home! So cute and rustic. Host was very nice and responsive. I have 2 boys so they loved that it was secluded and had plenty of room for them to throw a football around. Plenty of parking as well. "
