"We were staying Because we were at Texsan hospital for heart procedure and didn’t want to drive home late at night bcs we live about 2 hours away. Ended with complications and room was used to hold our bags and I went by to check out and took quick shower and left for hospital again. Pretty expensive but bed sure did look nice and comfy but could not sleep in bed had to go back to hospital. Wish we coul get a refund of something bcs it would really help us during this time. Staff was amazing! Thank goodness"

"The hotel room and bathroom was clean. The bed was comfy. We got a room with a King and there was ample space. The staff was friendly and kept us stocked on clean towels. (5 hot Sept days in San Antonio requires daily showers) And the pool was nice. I did not have breakfast because we always left each morning before it was available, so i can't comment on that. I was not aware when I booked that this hotel was with outside door entry instead of my preferred indoor hallway entry. But it turned out to be OK. Sidenote, there is a football stadium nearby. On our last night, there was a game. I could hear the band playing from inside my room from 7 to 10. It's a good thing I'm a band mom."

"The staff were all super friendly & nice; the food was good & plentiful & the bed was the most comfortable of any hotel - and that’s very important to me as my hips hurt a lot when I sleep. Enjoyed our stay very much!"

"It was a wonderful experience. Everything stocked and clean. Helpful staff. Fun stuff to do. Only small complaint is that the lighting in the bathroom and bedroom was VERY dim. Other than that…greatness. 😄"

"Overall stay was great. It was a holiday weekend so things were busy. Parking was more expensive than anticipated and the pool could needed to be cleaned and it took awhile for them to bring towels out. I would however stay here again."
