" Location was wonderful. Staff was so very nice and helpful. Very close to RMNP entrance and town area. The river running in back was incredible. However, the unit itself was very rundown and seemed dirty. The carpet was nasty and even had carpet in one of the bathrooms. It was a very depressing place to be in such a beautiful destination. "
