Location was key — 2 miles to entrance into Rocky Mountain National Park and just a few minutes from downtown Estes Park. Skiing and Ice skating within an hour away! Staff was a pleasure to work with! Definitely recommend!!

The condo was amazing! Perfect for relaxing and park access without paying for any over the top amenities. I am sure this place books up quick in season but anytime it is avalible, it will be my go to spot to stay in Estes. Thank you!

Great location, wonderful room!

This was my second stay at Woodlands on Fall River and it was wonderful. I stayed for three days with my two grandsons, and the room was perfect, as was the location.

Thje Woodlands on Fall river is where you want to stay on your next trip to Estes Park - the rooms are very clean and the staff will work to take care of all your needs - My wife and i have stayed at the Woodlands for over 20 years and it is the place we will always stay - It is just a beautiful setting on Fall River and it is always well maintained.

Jonny, the owner/manager was extreamly helpful. The rest of the staff respectful. The rooms were clean, well apointed and had everything necessary for a wonderful stay. The location is incredible! The Fall River, surrounded by mountains, and a few miles from everything. Highly recommend staying here, I would again.
