"I am feeling guilty as I didn’t read the reviews online on google before booking this place since It was last minute adjustments in our travel plan. Other than front desk person everything else was horrible. The safety safe in room was forcefully broken. The room door was warned out and bad shape. The wash basin had layers of paint and still visible cracks. The air conditioner system was provided wooden block support to keep it in place. Bed was clean enough so we decided to spend a night and leave early in morning. The worst thing happened after midnight when someone started playing loud music on swimming pool. Everyone in family was so scared.. we didn’t have courage to check outside. It stopped after some time. There are so many other things but i think i made my point clear. I will not prefer to stay in this property again even if it is free for year long. "

"The room was cleaning and updated .Parking felt secure was not able to take advantage of the breakfast due to our early flight close to the airport. We loved our stay for a one night overnighter"

"Upon arrival the clerk did not explain anything to me. She just told me my total which I had to question was my total Was not what I expected. She then explained there was a deposit. Then she said there was a $3 Parking fee which that fee isn’t posted anywhere on their website. The room was mid The ceiling was hanging and there were roaches in our room. When I checked out I wasn’t provided a receipt even when asked the clerk just said I was all good. I frequently go to Holiday Inns and this by far was One of the worst experiences."

"It was an ok room. It was not the cleanest room. However, I had to get thione because I was leaving one in another hotel that was even worse. There were roaches here but there were visible signs that they had sprayed. We seen more and more dead bugs everytime we returned to the room. There was no shower curtain. When we checked in there was mulch all over the floor. It was literally just a bed and shower that we needed. So it was just that. If you have any expectations at all I would not recommend it. They said breakfast was at 6 but we couldn't even access the lobby at 7 so."

"Good staff. The A/C should be better, clean rooms and bathroom. Other than a lightbulb on the entrance of the room. Everything else was ok. "
