"Public bathroom was messy. Window in room was dirty. Could have used a small microwave in room. Shower dangerously slippery."

"Room was used and nasty. Told the person at desk he came to see was I lying. Dirty water was in sink, bed had been slept in trash was on floor and shade was gone. It took him a long time to get us another room get to the room upstairs with my handicapped aunt the ice machines didn’t work only the one down stairs near the front room was not great but at this point it’s 3:30am we just want a few hours but they didn’t say sorry or accommodates us in any way I will never stay here again"
