"We booked the room with 2 queen size beds and a sofa bed for 3 nights and paid a lot of money for it, but when we got there after traveling so many hours driving, we were getting ready to sleep, and the sofa bed was broken, the mattress was dirty and torn we called the front desk requesting a better mattress or half of our refund, but the front desk person said that it was impossible to do that, and she was going to send the maintenance person to fix the bed and she will leave a note for the office manager to handle the situation in the morning! We slept uncomfortable that night. Next morning we went downstairs and spoke to a nicer person and she were able to swapped out the old dirty torn mattress for a better one, and we were grateful we really appreciate it. So we had a bad experience on the first night, it made it a better stay for the rest of our trip! Thank you!"

"We have stayed at this Marriot many times.The Night Staff person, (on the day of arrival ) Mr Mohammed made us feel welcome and was very reassuring with a pleasant demeanor. A wonderful face of customer service , but it truly went beyond CSR . One cannot teach being kind nor courteous. Mr Mohammed embodies rhe Marriott Brand . A feather in the cap . Whatever his renumeration, definitely NOT enough !!!! Outstanding choice of being the face of the hotel"

"This hotel is very clean and the staff is super friendly!!! Only real complaint is that the shower had no hot water. Water is maybe a few degrees warmer than body temp, but I actually got cold in the shower. The maintenance person, Janes tried his best tobfix it, but thecproblem is in the walls of tgecdhower where the stop was placed atvtoo low a temperature to be comfortable. James stated that he was not able to get the plate off of tge shower tap without possibly breaking it...so we just lived with lukewarm water for 2 1/2 weeks. Also the bed was practically on the floor. You have no trouble getting into the bed, but getting out is another story. I dont know if this was on purpose because of the handicapped room or not,. That is honestly the only complaints that we had. Everything else was great!!!! Will definitely stay here again, but maybe another room!!!@"
