"Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Room was clean. Airport shuttle was on time. Great service and stay!"

"This hotel is clean, upscale, and well-located. The rooms without a city view are facing a small interior corridor with no natural light. I was staying for one night and preferred a quieter room, so this worked for me, but others may prefer to explicitly request a city view if they want some natural light. "

"Never again. Location is great but with a motel 6 vibe. They hold a damage security deposit. I was there for 2 nights, they held $200, then I had to pay for my parking out of the deposit. There was a high intensity halogen light in a parking lot right outside the room I was in and no blackout curtain, so the room was half lit. There was no way to adjust the thermostat and the room was so cold I had to sleep in a hoodie and sweatpants. The phone in the room did not work. When I called using my phone about the heat they said I could not turn up the heat, but they could offer my additional blankets. There was a dog barking in another room and every time someone used the shower on the floor above me there was a very loud bang when the shower was turned off. Buyer beware. Never again for me. I will pay the extra money to stay in a respectable hotel."

"Very clean and a cute historic building. Very walkable to many sites. Subway entrance right outside the door. The only issue I had was no coffee maker in room and only coffee for sale in there the expensive attached restaurant. We had to walk to Dunkin every morning but otherwise a great place and I would definitely recommend "

"Location was great, staff so helpful. Room for four people was spacious. Will stay at the Dagny again!"

"Most things were adequate, but problem with the bathroom. It wasn't very clean and showed significant wear. Biggest problem was height of toilet. Seat was at most 13" off of the floor. This made it difficult when sitting down and standing back up. Very uncomfortable."
