"AS A UNITED STATES CITIZEN THEY WERE NOT ALLOWED TO CHARGE ME THE IVA TAXES UPON CHECK IN AND THEY DID. CLAIMED THAT AT CHECK OUT AND THEIR ""MANAGER"" WASN'T HELPFUL AT ALL INSTEAD OF REIMBURSING ME OF ALL THE IVA TAXES COLLECTED SHE DEMANDED SOME OTHER DOCUMENTS THAT THEY ALREADY HAD IN THEIR RECORDS ..."
