Reception was entirely non-staffed, which was amazing. The room was just what we needed with no extra frills. It wasn't too far from the Disney parks, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby.

Sound proof walls and luggage storage availability

Rooms are not sound proof and kids loud sounds can pass through and irritate neighbors and cause bad impressions. No storage space for luggage available if you wanted to leave it for few hours.

A simple but clean facility. Nothing special but the 8.5 euro breakfast was convenient. Not the hotel where you necessarily want to spend a lot of time but a good place when you looking a bed.

The woman working yesterday, October 14th, around 5 p.m. (I don't know her name, I just remember she had long black hair) was very rude and refused to help us check in because we were having trouble understanding where the check-in machine was. We had to insist that she help my husband, and she did after that. But she continued to be so rude that we started an argument, and suddenly she overreacted and started yelling, talking to someone on her cell phone, and also told us she was calling the police. I strongly recommend that the managers check the cameras on that day and time so they can see what was happening. It was terrible for us, especially because we were traveling with my child daughter, who got scared and got back in the car. It was the worst experience ever! My suggestion is that the check-in machine be located in a more visible location and that there be some signage with arrows to prevent customers from needing help from grumpy and out-of-control employees like that lady.

Clean and smart but complicated for most people

Complicated to check in even if we got help from an employee, but you cannot always be sure, there is an employee available. Internet quality very, very good, but you need to input a lot of data, every time you open your phone or laptop. My God, why so complicated? One time is acceptable.

Basic rooms. No 24 hour reception so you have to use an emailed code at the gate to check in and pay plus get access and retrieve a front door/room access code. Except...for at least two days the card machine was not working which meant a call to the remote help desk - Ok but some operators don't spaek english. On getting in to the room - not a single towel and no loo paper! Another remote call to get the duty manager out! Not great :-(

Chambre bien mais problème insonorisation et odeur

Hôtel simple, correct pour une seule nuit. Chambre propre et literie confortable. Ce qui a terni le séjour : une odeur absolument infecté sur le parking et tout autour de l'hôtel. Un manque d'insonorisation et de surveillance, un groupe est arrivé au milieu de la nuit et a fait des allers retours entre plusieurs chambres pendant une heure en réveillant tout le monde. Pas d'accueil après 21h tout se passe sur une borne.

Hotel déshumanisé

Je suis arrivé un peu avant 21:00. Il n'y avait personne... J'ai dialogué avec un automate... A l'intérieur aucun bonjour de la part de la personne chargé de la sécurité. Aucune bouilloire dans la chambre. Expérience très décevante, je continuerai à aller dans d'autres hôtels à Meaux (ils étaient plein).

Séjour satisfaisant cependant, réservation de 2 chambrer pour 4 nuits pour affaire et le séjour a été écourté. Le gérant a refusé le remboursement des 2 nuits non présent alors qu'il a été prévenu dès le premier jour et nous a fait payer également les taxes pour les 2 nuits non passés
