"When we first walked in, the room looked nice. Then my son pulled out the sofa bed. It was terrible, the mattress dirty, & the frame was broken. There were no sheets, blanket or quilt for the pull out bed even though they knew 3 people were coming. When we asked for bedding for the pullout, she brought up 1 blanket & nothing else! The full length mirror in the bathroom is directly across from the toilet, no one wants that! It was awful!!! "

"There are no opening windows. The bathroom needs a door. A pocket door or barn door could work instead of a curtain. If the couch is to serve as a bed, sheets, a pillow, and extra blankets would be nice. We understand that the property is being worked on, but it was listed as a view property. Location listed had a Wasilla address, but was farther out than anticipated. "

"We have stayed here several times and the hotel and staff have always been great. Last stay there were drunk people screaming in the parking lot at 2:00 am (not the hotels fault). The heat in the hotel and the room felt like 500 degrees so we slept with the window open all night."
