"We stayed as a group of 4 people for 4 nights in the Penthouse apartment. Everything was excellent.
If there was one critique it would only be that one bathroom has the hand held shower within a high bath which is not always suitable but the other bathroom was a flat walk in shower. Highly recommend, great for socialising with the upstairs rooftop area too. Fantastic stay"
"I had the most wonderful stay here. The location of the hotel is in such a nice, convenient and trendy area with endless things to do. The restaurant and bar at the hotel was also so tasty and delightful. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. I cannot recommend this hotel enough especially for the price!"
"Laundry was great. Great position and spacious, clean hotel. I would highly recommend staying there.Staff were helpful & great restaurant next door. "
"We loved this authentic and delightful property. Rooms are all different, each accompanied by paintings and vintage and beautiful art and amenities. Flower filled courtyard for coffee in the morning or wine in the evening. Highly recommend."

"Excellent hotel near public transport. Large clean room. Beautiful view of Berlin. Great to have a coffee machine in the room. Excellent breakfast - especially loved the gadgets including the pancake maker and butter dispenser!! Lovely bar area too. "
"From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. On check-in for our 5-night stay, we were upgraded to an apartment, which afforded us some extra space and a small kitchen. The rooms and common areas were clean and thoughtfully designed and a small rooftop patio provides expansive views over the city, but the truth is...Berlin is at your doorstep. You're only steps away from trams and trains that bring the whole city with in reach, and the neighborhood is a buzz with diverse eateries, shops and unique experiences. Take the M1 up to the PraterGarten or down to Hackescher Markt and lose yourself in the courtyards of the höfes. My wife and i are avid travelers, and the Circus Hotel is a place we could return to time and again. "
"Great hotel, the building has lots of character and rooms are spacious and stylishly decorated with views of the park. Location was perfect with lots of shops and bars in walking distance, close to the Hackescher Markt S-Bahn station too if you want to go further afield.
Breakfast was excellent, a varied selection of cold meats and cheeses, yoghurts, fruit and pastries alongside hot food.
The hotel bar served fantastic cocktails, though it was a shame the Root restaurant space now operates from the hotel bistro (breakfast area) and had only a limited number of options on the menu. The beautiful atrium space is now for events, as a hotel guest I would have loved to dine there, especially as the atrium is so heavily featured in marketing photographs.
There was a conference and a wedding party using the facilities whilst we stayed at the hotel, which made the breakfast area quite busy, however staff dealt well with this. Overall, a great stay and I would happily return. "
