"The staffers are telling people that their system is not working properly and in order to stay had to book directly with them. Even after showing them confirmation on here"

"Shower did not work, phone did not work, pool was not accessible and was told that they were thinking of closing it for good. There were bugs in the bed, and bathroom. There was a strong smell of pot upon entering the room. Do not advise anyone to stay here."

"We did not use the AC. The room was a little worn down. The room was as clean as you can get while rehabbing. Staff was friendly. Looked like they were really trying to stay open to continue the upgrades room by room. Hopefully they continue the job and make it a beautiful place to stay. "
