Rooms were clean and comfortable. Toilet leaked all over bathroom floor and non of the USB ports worked - reported this to staff. Plenty of parking and they offered all needed amenities and conveniences. Overall, was very happy with our stay. Was not happy with Expedia. Did not receive the price quoted and the Hotel staff was not able to make an adjustment. Will probably use this hotel again when staying in Millington.

The hotel is tired and is due for a refresh. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Not a lot of selection in the Millington area, if there were better properties, I would stay there.

It was pretty close to all food places and walking distance to a bar just right out the front door. The sheets were not that clean and I did end up getting an allergy from those I’m not sure if it was the detergent or what. They did have benedryl down at from desk for me to buy tho.

While this looks like a clean and nice property from the exterior, sadly we had so many issues. First, we checked in and the front desk was simply overwhelmed with her job. She was friendly but continually complained about the system taking too long. We headed to our room only to find a room that someone must’ve laid in bed smoking cigarettes for 4 days straight. I called the front desk and asked to be moved to a nonsmoking room and she told me the entire property was nonsmoking and changed our room. We made it to our new room and everything looked clean and nice. Mattresses must be incredibly cheap or old with dip in the middle. Then we came back to ants all over the room crawling up the wall. My brother was in the room across from us and his entire bathroom ceiling was practically raining on him and we noticed tons of leaking ceiling tiles in the main hallway also. They changed his room for him. We did have good breakfast here and we did have clean towels each day. Overall, this hotel needs obvious upgrades and repairs.
