"Front desk lady was very nice at check in. Location was great. However the area wasnt the best. Right behind hotel is a gas station. I believe people living out of cars. There was a run down rv parked under my window. Dog barking constantly. I thought it was in hotel. Called 3 times anout it. 2nd phone call front desk man maybe a little snippy said he made rounds after first call couldnt find anything. He seemed irritated that I was complaining. I explained I had to get up early and paid a couple hundred to sleep. Third phone call I said i believe dog is outside. He said oh yah Im sorry, there is a dog that stays out there. He was apologetic. Offered free amenities. I wouldnt stay again for that fact alone. Other than that ok hotel. "

A great retreat after a long day of walking, shopping, and exploring Broadway. You appreciate a warm and welcoming little space to come home to. Katie's was quick to respond to a simple little problem we had at check-in and felt certain she was just a text message away."
