"The house was very clean and in a cute, quiet neighborhood. The yard was fenced and well maintained. We spent our mornings out there with our coffee. The open floor plan made the house seem very spacious. We really enjoyed the place. It was close to The Factory and downtown. Our host were prompt and answered all of our questions. "This was a girls weekend getaway to Franklin and the property was outstanding. This was the cutest little house with all the amenities needed for a getaway. You literally can not beat the location. The day we arrived, we no longer needed our car as everything was walkable. So close to town center as well as The Factory."

"We were in Franklin for a job we were doing, and had some family joining us, so this was the perfect cottage to house the few of us. It was so cute, had everything we needed and was walking distance to everything that Franklin has to offer. We will definitely be back and stay here again. The host was great communicating and we definitely enjoyed our stay! "
"We were visiting town for my sister’s law school graduation. My dad recently had surgery and can’t walk up steps. This house was perfect. Everything was flat and he was able to get around fine. There are 2 full bathrooms connected to each room. The kitchen had all of the amenities. The driveway was good for parking multiple vehicles. It’s super close to downtown Franklin and The Factory. Everything was clean. The bed was cozy. It was a great location for all of our adventures to Leiper’s Fork and Nashville too. :)"
