"There were no pillows on the couches, there were rips in the furniture, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, dirty cabinets and walls, sticky countertops, etc. There were not enough towels for our family to use, no hand towels at all, only one face cloth left in place of a hand towel, no dish cloths to wash the dirty dishes that were left. The issues continued to pile up including an empty oil container in the cabinet, a full pot of used oil in the oven, a broken stool at the countertop that was placed to appear not broken until my child sat on it an tipped out of the stool immediately, no remote for TV access although it was advertised as a "Family Friendly Netflix" suite, not fully cleaned dishes in the cupboard, and so on. Despite all of this, we were willing to overlook and continue our stay until we found marijuana on the floor in the room where my child was sleeping.I reached out the owner about the missing remote for the TV since they asked not to use the tv buttons. 12 hours later the owner stated it had been stolen and a new one would be delivered in a day or 2 (we were scheduled to check out by then).After finding marijuana where my autistic, orally-fixated child had been playing prior, I immediately went to VRBOCare as the safety of my family was now a concern. VRBOCare asked me to send pictures then told me to resolve the issue with the owner. The owner asked to come see the unit but did not come. VRBOCare has not yet provided a resolution."

"The place is lovely. My biggest thing was that the sound transfer from the door to the upper or main floor of the home is nearly non existent. You can hear everything when they are on the main floor. I would suggest adding a more sound proof door and perhaps a seal on the bottom as well. But the just was great at answering all my questions and accommodating me on a few things. Overall a good experience. "

"I had such a wonderful stay! The host was very welcoming, kind, and respectful — always quick to respond and genuinely helpful with anything I needed. The place felt very safe and comfortable, and I truly enjoyed my time there. It did not take me long to feel "at home". I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant, worry-free experience."

"The suite is very modern, clean and well laid out with high ceilings. Overall we had a good stay and it served our purposes. There were a few issues though. Firstly it is advertised as a 2 bedroom unit but when we arrived the 2nd bedroom was locked and we were notified that it’s normally an extra charge to access it. This wasn’t indicated anywhere in the ad. The host did have someone come and open the bedroom for us but the listing description should be updated to properly reflect this. Secondly the noise from upstairs is quite loud at times. Not really the fault of the people living there rather a complete lack of any soundproofing between the units. This could likely be improved with a few minor changes. Overall a really nice unit, great host communication and good amenities. "
