She was responsive immediately to the problems we had with the home during the stay and accommodated appropriately for the unexpected change in the trip. Would love to stay again, or recommend to anyone looking in Charlotte. Very quiet neighborhood, and felt very safe. The huge fenced-in backyard was very nice for our dogs. "

"Very spacious and clean. Lots of rooms, all beds were comfy and bathrooms nice. Tv’s in every bedroom. The upstairs master room is stunning with floor to ceiling windows and jacuzzi bathtub. Kitchen was great for cooking and gathering. The property managers were very communicative and helpful when needed. Big backyard grass area so expect some bugs and bring repellent. Neighbors have a dog (gated) that barks at everything, even far from the street. Neighborhood is full of american flags and crosses, so seemingly more conservative. Needed to put together the grill ourselves. Otherwise a beautiful trip/property and would stay again. "
