"Breakfast was good, but the tables were sticky. The water in our bathroom was shut off at 9:00amish and when I complained at the Desk, he suggested we use the lobby bathroom. After I rejected that, some came to our room and said they had fixed the problem."

"Then room was a disaster, full of old and dusty furniture. Mold from top to bottom and under construction that were not advised before booking. I will not stay here even it is free!!"

"Not a breakfast person earlier in the morning but there was a slim variety of items. No cooked breakfast. Parking was good. Staff were friendly. Room were okay for a one night stay. "

Great neighborhood, we actually had a quick meet with the host after we left and had to come back to grab something we forgot … she was very sweet and we’d def stay there again whenever we’re in Charlotte!!"

The hosts were very responsive to every message I sent and replied right away. I would recommend this house to friends and family and will return again next time I’m in the area!"

"The Zen Retreat was a cozy spot for our family to gather for a weekend trip to Charlotte. The wall of cookbooks kept drawing me in. (I even jotted a few recipes down to try at home.)Would stay here again just to have access to this culinary experience!"
