"I don't know how this property has such great reviews. The room we stayed in was not up to par. The beds were terrible and the pillows were lumpy. We only stayed for a good night's rest and we didn't get that. The room was outdated, carpeting looked fairly new. If the beds would have been comfortable I probably would rate it higher but when I pay for a good night's rest and don't get it, then I rate it as such."

"The bed was very uncomfortable and the ac (which I had to trouble shoot to get it working) was so loud we had to turn the tv up so much it probably disturbed the neighbors. The tv flickered on and off. Pool was closed in mid May. We are not picky folks by any means but Hampton Inns have historically been a lot better stays."
