"I have to say I've seen that many hotels and also worked at many hotels in my lifetime. This Holiday inn had the most incredible customer service. From the moment I booked to the moment we checked out, we experienced excellent customer service. The rooms were extremely clean. The hotel was extremely clean. The pool and hot tub were amazing. They also have an outdoor basketball court that we had no idea about until we got there and my kids were so excited. This hotel honestly exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be back! "

"If you have the means bring a space heater because the place gets cold during winter! Other than that the place was nice and cozy enough for what you pay for and the property manager and his family were super cool and very helpful. He went the extra mile making sure I felt welcome and I knew all the cool spots around the city. Will definitely recommend if you're just passing through!! Shoot I may book again myself"
