Right in front of the building lies the vast expanse of the Seto Inland Sea. This is a spacious, exclusive property available for exclusive rental.

This is a guesthouse located on the second floor of a craft beer brewery, available for exclusive rental.
The ground floor is a taproom (a tasting room where you can enjoy craft beer), and we rent out the second floor as a guesthouse.

We operate on a staff-free basis and use electronic keys for the guest entrance.
Both check-in and check-out are contactless, ensuring your privacy.

The shallow waters stretch out right in front of you, offering a panoramic view of the elegant scenery of the Seto Inland Sea.
In the summer, you can swim in the sea right in front of the property, and in the evening, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery, which is also famous as a photo spot.
Additionally, since there are no residential homes nearby, you can enjoy a quiet and luxurious stay.

[Check-in/Check-out Times]
Check-in: 3:00 PM or later
Check-out: 10:00 AM the following day
*Since check-in is contactless, we do not have a specific cut-off time.
We will notify you of your entrance key code around noon on the day of check-in.
*If you are found to be staying past the checkout time, a fee of 3,000 yen will be charged for every 30 minutes starting at 10:00 AM.

[About Bedding]
2 semi-double beds
8 sets of bedding (mattress pad, comforter, pillow)

【 Towels 】
We provide bath towels and face towels for each guest.
*If you are staying for multiple nights and need additional bath towels or face towels, please contact us at least 3 days prior to your stay.

[About Amenities]
We do not provide toothbrushes or pyjamas.
However, we do provide shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer.

[About Using the Kitchen]
Please wash all used dishes, pots, rice cookers, etc., and return them to their original places.
*We appreciate your cooperation in sorting trash.

【About Amenities】
All amenities within the guesthouse are available for your use.
Washing machine/dryer, projector (for watching YouTube, Netflix, etc.), music speakers (Bluetooth-enabled), etc.
*No TV (projector available)
Please return items to their original locations after use.

[After Using the Beach]
There is a shower behind the building, so please make sure to rinse off all the sand before coming inside when you return from the beach.
Also, please be sure to remove all sand before using the washing machine, as sand can cause malfunctions.

[Smoking Policy]
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. Smoking is also not permitted on the balcony.
The designated smoking area is located on the opposite side of the building when facing the guesthouse entrance; please use that area.

*From December through February, the area surrounding our facility experiences strong winds, so we are not accepting reservations during this period.

・ Includes BBQ grill / grill grate / charcoal / charcoal tongs / fire starter / firelighters / work gloves / gas burner / aluminium foil
・ Please be sure to line the BBQ grill with aluminium foil before use.
