Its a bit far from the station, so the location is not convenient. This hotel is not the typical APA hotel. Its purchased from previous ower. The rooms are not the usual APA standard.

Staff went overboard to help me find some resources I needed (different kinds of shops). I ended up staying an extra night due to an injury while hiking and was happy to have another night there.

Due to staff shortage, the restaurant is closed at night, no room service food. Seven Eleven store near the hotel was poorly stocked. The room and hall ways were clean, good cleaning staff.

The staff were great, and the hotel was clean. The facilities were also good. It was a long walk in the rain to the 2 train stations. So i guess my fault for not paying attention when i booked.

Do NOT stay here.

This hotel is the worst that I have seen in Japan. The bathrooms were filthy, and obviously had not been cleaned in a long time. Mould was everywhere, on the rails, the tiles, the fittings. Insects were all over the bathroom. My friend and I had the exact same issue in both of our rooms. When we made our complaint and showed photos of the room (those attached) we were told that we could not be refunded but would be moved to new rooms. The new rooms were just as bad. Dirty, mouldy, insects everywhere. Instead of money, I was offered two packets of APA curry. When I refused that, the hotel did offer my friend and I complimentary breakfasts, but these were also turned down. After seeing how vile the rooms were, I could not stomach the idea of eating there. I think that the way in which the issues (all on the hotel's part I hasten to add) were handled was a joke. I shall never again stay at an APA.

もっと分かりやすい案内が部屋にあれば嬉しかった。 例えば朝食が付いてるのか。無いのか。（高い）や、ホテルの使い方について。パネルはあるが知りたい内容が無かった。 周辺のお店情報もあったら最高ですね。 無かったのでコンビニで済ませてしまいました。 喫煙方法もあれば嬉しいかも。 あと、個人的に食べ物の販売所とかあれば嬉しいです。 色々言ってすみません。 サービスは良かったです。
