Staff were friendly. We were able to leave our luggage as we arrived early morning and started to explore. By the time we got back, we were already check in and luggage was in the room. The room is cleaned and has most of anmenties I needed. It will definitely my go to place in Matsumoto

One night in Matsumoto
Had a nice stay here. The hotel is pretty basic but located conveniently right next to the station. The beds were standard and nothing special but the bathrooms were nice and big! The free bike rental was awesome and the staff was very accommodating with our group.

Great place, will stay again
The 3bd room was really spacious and we were able to sprawl out on the floor after a long day of travels. It is right next to the main Street, the station, and a karaoke bar, but it isn't very loud.

A good starting point for day trips
The location was great, the staff were great, the hotel itself is a bit old and funny smelling (the room was non-smoking but the pillows had a smoky feel to them)

Nice Little Hotel with Very Good Service
We had stayed for 2 nights in here and had a good time here. The hotel is situated at a convenient location near the train station. The hotel staff at the front desk were all very helpful - I have left something in my previous hotels (but I was not sure which one), they helped all the way by calling BOTH of my hotels and found my lost item. And they helped asked the hotel to mail to me when I returned to Tokyo. Special thanks go to the 2 female staff who made so many calls for me :) Recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Matsumoto!

Value for Money Hotel
Close to the train station, breakfast is more western which is also good. Semi double room is enough for two people with mid-sized luggages. No complaints as front office staff very nice and accommodating except that can't explain well in English.

We love the location! Super near the train station. The room is very small so it would be perfect for 1 pax without luggage. Bathroom and the bed is decent, which makes for a short stay.

The room is a semi-double room and it is a room of type of one semi-double bed (120 cm in width) in the area of 16 square meters. Others There are also twin rooms (24 square meters) with 2 semi double beds and double rooms (19 square meters) with 1 double bed (140 cm wide). Please come and see us at Matsumoto. Centrally located. Rooms are small. Not international though. Limited staff English in terms of talking. International plug outlets option would be nice. Tried getting a late check out at 1 pm instead of the 10 am check out as my conference at the University finished at 11:00 am but was unable to communicate this. So just left my bag at the counter and collected afterwards. It would have been nice to bath before leaving for Tokyo. No TV channels in English or other languages. Adult pay per view is available. Did not get around to ordering breakfast but at 680 yen should be okay. Spent three days (Tue night to Fri morning)

Location is King
It's a very basic business hotel opposite Matsumoto Station. The location makes up for the lack of character, with lots of restaurants and convenience stores within a stone throw away. Matsumoto Castle and Museum of Art are both within walking distance ie 1km from the hotel.

The hotel was as expected, but the breakfast was poor. Food was cold, found several human hairspirit in the potato salad. Very.limited selection. A supposed "American breakfast", it was a bad imitation!

Use hotel mole Shan this time, and thank you very much truly. Mr. one person is preparing buffet-style meal of light Western food for breakfast in \680 from 7:00 to 9:30 in the morning. I'd like to improve the menu. Thank you very much for your use.

Modern and good location
The hotel is really comfortable, modern and have a good location, just next to the train station. The only bad point to me was that there is no Wi-Fi, only wired connection, which would not be a problem if you're travelling with a computer (I only get my cellular phone when I went there so it was a bit annoying to me)

Clean comfortable close to station and live music
I came to see a live gig at Alecx live music venue. The hotel is 4 min from the venue and the train station. Walking distance to Matsumoto Castle and Clock museum. Very clean, comfortable, beautiful area, great for walking, shopping, relaxing, sightseeing. I would stay here again.

Convenient
This hotel is very close to the train station, which makes the location very convenient. The neighborhood is full is restaurants and boutique stores. Rooms are very small, but the hotel is good for the price.

Good hotel and very close to the train station, literally a 5 minute walk, making it a good hub for sightseeing in and around the city. The staff was very polite and breakfast above average.

Perfect!!!
This hotel is amazing! Amazing location, amazing staff and amazing rooms. It's so close to the train station as well as a 10 minute walk away from the Matsumoto castle. Would 100% recommend this place to anyway spending a night or two in Matsumoto.

Great business hotel close to the JR station
