"Great onsen hotel with a convenient location just a short walk from the station and very close to a bunch of restaurants. The onsen features both inside and outside bathing areas as well as a sauna. It can get busy at times but the onsen area is big enough to feature a large crowd. The staff was excellent as well and spoke a bit of englisch."

"這是一家非常有歷史的旅館，很有昭和風情，保存得非常好，房間都是塌塌米鋪床的形式，和式茶几，一個人住空間剛好，方便大行李箱打開，離松江站非常近，旁邊就是7-11，好口碑的各式餐廳都在附近，慢慢散步十分鐘內就可以搭船去看松江城。價格又實惠，實在沒得挑，唯一的缺點是老旅館當然沒有電梯，但是服務人員會幫忙搬行李上下樓，下次還會再來松江，應該還是會選擇這裡。"

"Le personnel ne parlait pas bien l'anglais ce qui rendait les communications plus difficiles. Sinon, l'emplacement est parfait car juste en face de la gare (petit détour requis pour traverser la rue sur la gare mais rien de très long). Il y avait des rénovations durant notre séjour donc il y avait du bruit dans le jour. Bel hôtel, juste pas un coup de coeur."
