My husband and I stayed for two nights at this wonderful hotel, and it was the highlight of our trip! The room was spotless, the staff service was impeccable, and a huge selling point was the private baths (there's 5 of them) as we both have tattoos. Get the meal package if you can; the food is also amazing. Would come back here again in a heartbeat!

The rooms was spotless, the staff endlessly helpful, the hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous. The public and private baths are the perfect temperature as well. Lastly, the location that is essentially on top of Izumo-taisha - which you should absolutely visit - and local shops. 10/10 I will be staying here in the future.

Really beautiful hotel. I liked the private Onsen options, so convenient. Very close to the main shrine for a visit and lots of shops. Japanese breakfast was delicious.

口コミで見ていて分かってて宿泊しましたが、玄関で靴を抜いて以降、ずっと靴下で過ごせるのはとても快適でした。 お食事会場が半個室でしたので、ゆったり過ごせましたし、スタッフの皆様の対応も気持ちの良いものでした。 初めての出雲旅行でとても島根県が気に入ったので、ぜひ次回も佳雲さんに泊まって、旅行したいと思います。

入り口から畳みの通路で靴下or裸足で歩くような場所であった。キャリーバッグやベビーカーの車輪もしっかりと拭いてくれて良かったです。ウェルカムスイーツやドリンクもあり、サービスが充実している。 朝夕2食付きプランで宿泊したが、朝夕両方とも和食で美味しかった。個人的にお腹がはち切れそうなくらいの量で後半苦しかったところもある。 多種類の貸切風呂や2種類の大浴場があり、良い雰囲気であった。 月夜のうさぎと共用の浴場ということもあったが、人も多くなく過ごしやすかった。 アイス(午後)や乳酸菌飲料(午前)も無料で食べられて満足。 出雲大社も見えるくらい近いため、参拝する人にもおすすめできると思った。

到着したのがチェックイン時間前だったのですか迅速に対応してくださりよかったです。 施設内も清潔です。部屋の中も清潔で良かったのですが、窓と網戸のホコリ汚れと窓を開けると施設内の機械のモーター音がうるさくて開けてられなかったです。トイレのカギのかかりも悪かった。食事は最高でしたスタッフの対応もよく美味しかったです。
