Very beautiful old building/castle like. Has a magnificent view of the Sassi, Matera. Located next to the duomo, easy to walk and a lot of dining option. Breakfast is good but could add a bit fresh fruit.

The property is fabulous and one of a kind. The host was extremely knowledgeable about Matera and spent considerable time suggesting sites we should see and places to eat. The breakfast suggestion was excellent and was included in the price of our stay. I would highly recommend this as an ideal place to stay while visiting Matera.

We stay in amazing room with very interesting design and absolutely amazing view on old Matera. Highly recommend this place. Everything was super. Location is the best. Near Duomo. Thanks to the owner for so nice stay.

The location is very good, it’s in the old town. The view is AMAZING. Not only the terrace in the room, we can also use the the terrace on the roof top. The room is very clean and modern, with designer furniture. Highly recommended.

Breath taking
The apartment was outstanding and The land lady was so kind. Amazing place one of the best places in Italy. Wear flat shoes and be prepared for lots of steps, but so so worth it.

La struttura è un gioiello oltre che per il comfort e la posizione centrale anche dal punto di vista storico essendo nei fatti un monumento dal quale godere di una vista panoramica unica dalla terrazza sovrastante le camere. La padrona di casa gentilissima e attenta all’ospite.

Fantastique. Dans les pas de James Bond
Séjour fantastique dans cette vieille tour du château avec une vue impressionnante depuis le roof top où l’on peut prendre le petit déjeuner. Chambre de qualité très supérieure. Confort, qualité des matériaux, décoration : parfait. Toute la rénovation de la tour est à cette image. Accueil fort sympathique, la dame a pris de le temps de nous expliquer tout ce qu’il y a à visiter en ville et aux environs. Il faut se garer à 10 mn à pieds, cette zone n’étant pas autorisée en voiture. Un garage couvert et surveillé est conseillé, très pratique. Si nous avions su nous serions restés plus longtemps lors de notre séjour dans cette région. La ville est incroyable et unique par son histoire.

Le Antica est situé à 10 minutes de marche de la gare centrale et à quelques minutes de toutes les principales attractions. L’établissement surplombe la rue Duomo et est doté d’une terrasse sur le toit offrant une vue époustouflante du sasso B. J’ai été accueillie avec beaucoup de chaleur et générosité par l’hôtesse qui est restée disponible pendant mon séjour. La chambre était confortable et moderne, parfaite pour mon séjour de 2 nuits. N’hésitez pas à séjourner au Antica !

Vista maravilhosa.
O hotel é muito bom. Cama confortável, banheiro moderno, o quarto muito bem decorado. O café da manhã não é no próprio hotel mas de excelente qualidade. O endereço da reserva não é a porta de entrada causando certa confusão. Tem um terraço onde é possível ter uma vista maravilhosa da cidade. Para chegar ao hotel tem escadas e muitas, não vá com mala pesada.

Vue sur Matera de jour et surtout de nuit!!!
La chambre la plus en hauteur de Matera avec une vue Waouhh!! Un goût subtil dans la décoration aucune fausse note , A faire une fois dans sa vie même si pour un BandB c’est un peu cher .Ça vaut vraiment de le faire une fois !!! Seul problème près du Duomo , zone impossible à accéder , donc parking payant (20€/j) a 15mn à pied en montée avec valise .Cœur fatigué éviter .Sinon la vue restera inoubliable , surtout de nuit .

Non guardate altro, è una soluzione 5 stelle
È una struttura bellissima , perfettamente ristrutturata, con vista unica sul sasso barisano e splendida terrazza su cui rilassarsi, godersi una pizza e il meraviglioso panorama. Direi ottima soluzione ! Doccia bellissima con cromoterapia, letto comodo e biancheria eccezionale.

Struttura eccezionale, vicino al Duomo di Matera, da lì è possibile raggiungere i punti principali della cittadina. vista dalla finestra bellissima sui Sassi di Matera, e ancora più bella la vista dalla terrazza. Per la colazione bisogna andare ad un bar vicino che offre prodotti molto buoni.

En plein coeur de Matera
Parfaitement situé au coeur de Matera (attention aux escaliers!!!), avec une vue à couper le souffle. La chambre est très bien équipée pour un super sejour. La rue del Duomo est passante, mais le bruit reste raisonnable. Alina est très accuillante.

Diese Unterkunft war einfach perfekt! Wir hatten das größere Zimmer gebucht mit Balkon und hatten einen traumhaften Blick auf die Stadt! Das Zimmer war ebenfalls wunderschön und sauber! Se volete farvi un regalo al cuore scegliete questo b&b. La struttura è ristrutturata e curata in ogni dettaglio, il giardino, la terrazza, la camera tutto è al suo posto. Svegliarsi in un quadro non ha prezzo, la vista che si gode dalla suite non si può descrivere a parole. Alina è un host attenta, discreta e preparatissima, Super Consigliato

Ho scelto questo B&b per la vista sui sassi: festeggiavamo un compleanno. L’accoglienza è stata gradevole anche se magari tante informazioni sulla città potevano essere fornite al mattino dopo non la sera stessa dell’arrivo. Ma sarebbe possibile se il gestore fosse al B&B . Leggere la sera un po’ complicato per la poca potenza delle lampadine ; uno specchio in camera potrebbe essere comodo ; organizzare la colazione con uno spazio un po’ esiguo è roba da equilibristi considerato che un ospite deve mangiare in piedi essendoci un solo puff; lasciare una coperta in più nell’armadio può essere una buona idea. Abbiamo optato per bar camerlingo per la colazione : super!! . Da provare. Per il resto Matera è magica.

Gentile Angela, il tono delle sue parole mi sembra alquanto ingiustificato data la premura, l’attenzione e l’amore che mettiamo quotidianamente a disposizione dei nostri graditi Ospiti. Abbiamo creato un ambiente elegante e raffinato avendo cura di ogni dettaglio, e nel servizio ci prodighiamo per esaudire ogni richiesta che sia nelle nostre possibilità. Ci rammarica che non abbia saputo godere della bellezza e della magia che pervade la nostra antica struttura, come accade per la quasi totalità dei nostri Ospiti. La camera possiede uno specchio di oltre due metri, e le luci sul letto sono volutamente soffuse per creare la giusta atmosfera. Sulla scrivania, tuttavia, non manca un elegante lume per chi ama leggere anche in vacanza. Oltre al puff che lei cita, c’è uno sgabello, una comoda poltrona ed un divano di due metri…e, accanto alla porta della sua camera, un comodo carrello portavivande a disposizione per la colazione. Per una coperta supplementare, oltre quella già presente…sarebbe bastato una gentile richiesta. Alina Melli

Weekend magico a Matera
Struttura incantevole e carica di storia in pieno centro a Matera. Le suite sono curate in ogni singolo dettaglio, la pulizia è impeccabile e la terrazza comune con vista mozzafiato sui sassi lo rende un posto unico. Alina, la proprietaria ci ha accolti con estrema gentilezza regalandoci consigli preziosi per rendere il nostro soggiorno davvero indimenticabile. Unica pecca: esserci fermati una sola notte! Speriamo di tornare presto!!
