No ice/buckets in room or on each floor, but could get from check in when needed. Breakfast was plentiful, but not enough hot food. Would stay at this location again as it was a cute place convenient to many places if walking."

"Dated, run down a bit, walls thinner than paper, you will enjoy the neighbour's conversations as though they are standing beside you, privacy is non existent. The "king" bed will just be 2 beds pushed together, (don't pay extra for that!) no mattress pad or anything so there is a nice lump line down the middle, pretty uncomfortable. The softness of the mattress is comparable to plywood, the pillows as fluffy as a brick of cheese. The price we paid was more than the Hilton down the road, the non refundable rule is brilliant on thier part, they know once you arrive and realize its too late. Feels like a tourist trap, staff seem pretty friendly though. The area is close to everything, unfortunately in a rougher part of town but there is a convenience to it. If the price was cheap id have no complaints, charging $300/night is insane"

"Very clean and modern room. Large bed and trick duvet and luxury pillows. Excellent facility in allowing luggage to be stored before check in, with very friendly and accommodating staff. Hotel felt very secure where most parts were only accessible using a room key. Lovely location which was perfect for exploring Dublin centre. Would definitely book again and definitely recommend. "Overall the hotel was good value for money. Staff were v friendly and helpful. Very clean and tidy. The hotel food was good if a little on the pricey side (but Dublin is on the pricey side). Our only issue was our double room (Room 141) had the wierdest layout. The bed was in an alcove with one side of the bed right against the wall meaning that if you needed to get up in the night you had to climb over the person next to you. We put up with it as we were only there for 3 nights but I imagine some people would physically not be able to manage this. The main takeaway from booking this hotel is that it takes approximately 30 minutes to walk to 'Temple Bar' so use the local buses. The bus stop is just around the corner and it only costs €2. Similarly, use the public bus to get to and from the airport. We used the #16 going home and it only cost €2.50 each. Again, the bus stop is just around the corner from the hotel. If you prefer to take a taxi, be prepared, ours cost €25 to get to the hotel. I wish we had known about the bus beforehand!!"
