"The room is spacious and is very clean, I appreciate them cleaning the room everyday. The hotel location is very good made a good experience for me as a solo traveller. The staff at the reception are very nice and would greet me every time i’ll pass by them. Check in and check out are easy. Thanks for the good stay. God bless."

"It's a tale of 3 rooms ! our first room, 261, was excellent, quiet, warm, smallish but fine for 2 nights pre-cruise.... 11 days later we returned, and the next room, 850, was nice EXCEPT it backed onto a service elevator and made noise all day and mort of the night ! the hotel immediately moved us to a new room, 805 as soon as we commented.... The hotel itself is fantastic, old world charm, very good location near restaurants and tourist spots, and the staff are the best we've ever experienced ! Bags immediately taken to our room, doors opened, very helpful.... yet the price is about average for numerous other hotels in the area... I would highly recommend this hotel."
