"家族旅行で予約するも、まさかラブホテルだったとは。
駐車場のつくり、ロビーすべて一般的なラブホテル。正直詐欺にあった印象です。
流石に子連れで泊まるには微妙だったので、キャンセルできるか確認するも、クレジット前払いでキャンセルもできないとの回答。設定されている部屋代は、実際支払っていた金額よりもかなり安く、Hotel's Comの対応にも問題あり。
二度と泊まる気にはならない"

"内階段が無くエレベーターが1機のため
上の階の利用があると、乗ることができなく
なかなか1階に行くことはできない。
朝食が6時30分からの案内だったが、6時ごろから並ばないと、朝食が終わる時間までに食べることができずに、予定。出発時間も遅れてしまう。予定が全部狂ってしまった。
ゴールデンウィークで仕方ないと思ったが、1泊20,000円ではお得感は何もなかった。"

"i didnt expect to have such a stay but has already booked it so we have to manage it, the receiptionist is always not available and also there was no launge are to sit and even have a convo with someone, its only you and your bed. No food or something to buy at the venue unless walked to a groceres shop. this made the living uncomfortable."
