"This was the perfect setting for a family reunion of 22 people ranging in ages from 10 to 81. The house is tastefully decorated and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. There was much more outside space than we expected and we enjoyed every bit of it. The pool was lovely with plenty of seating and shade. "The property is really quite special and the owner is lovely!! It is in a region of France I didn't know but a friend was getting married nearby so the location of the property was great! I would only point out that to get to our room (and there are only 3) is two flights up a winding staircase so perhaps not great if you have any problem with that. Otherwise it was lovely!!"

"The place is lovely. Beautiful surroundings, with wonderful buildings. Christine was a excellent host, very helpful, with a good command of English. Breakfast was good and we had one evening meal, good also. Nearby town had many cafes and restaurants. It seems that many English people live in the area so being unable to speak French is not a problem in shops, cafes etc."

"We checked in late but Christophe was waiting for us. The property is beautiful, well maintained and very quaint, typically French which was just what we wanted. Our room was fabulous, beautifully decorated and welcoming (warm and cosy). Breakfast was continental and filled us up for the day ahead with breads/yoghurts/cereals. This a small family run hotel which suited us well and we will definitely recommended to friends and family. One small thing to note is the availability of restaurants...

We had everything we needed but the photos are old and in general for the size and price band the property and decor is in need of an update.
