Correct pour 1 nuit

Pas d'ascenseur, donc en cas de valises lourdes, prévoir du souffle et de la force. Il manquait 1 jeu de serviettes dans la chambre, que j'ai dû aller réclamer à l'accueil, à plus de minuit on s'en passe. Le rideau de douche est fixé trop haut et gêne en bas de la baignoire, pas agréable et très gênant. Les oreillers n'étaient pas confortables, trop mous. La climatisation était réglée trop forte, nous l'avons totalement coupée car bruyante. La taille de la chambre est correcte. Pour le petit-déjeuner, les viennoiseries ne sont pas de bonne qualité, surgelées et trop cuites et il n'y en avait que 2 sur le buffet, pas de rajout à 9h20. Le pain reste correct. La bouilloire est en équilibre sur un plateau retourné... beaucoup de petites choses à revoir pour un hébergement de cette catagorie !

Goed etappehotel.

Prima etappe hotel met mooie ligging. Goed restaurant met uitgebreid voorgerecht- en dessertbuffet. Mooi uitzicht vanaf het terras. Het ontbijt tot half 10 zou misschien met een uur verlengd kunnen worden.

Leuk hotel voor rust en goed eten.

Leuk goedgelegen hotel met mooi uitzicht, eigen (gratis) garage, zwembad en goed eten. Er wordt ook Nederlands gesproken. Het hotel heeft geen lift.

Bonjour. Je me permets de faire un retour sur mon séjour dans cet établissement qui ma fortement déçu alors que je connais très bien cette chaine hôtelière. Tout d'abord l'accueil n'est pas à la hauteur d'un protocole sanitaire covid19, manque d'information et de communication. Ensuite on me fait remplir une fiche pour le petit déjeuner sans donner d'explication! Quand je passe le soir en salle de restaurant, c'est le meilleur qui nous est réservé !!! Une serveuse porte un masque sur la bouche! on nous propose des buffets entrées et desserts très alléchants mais pas d'actualité en protocole sanitaire de restauration! Les clients se déplacent dans le restaurants et toussent sur les buffets, personne ne porte de masque! Pour ce qui est de l'hôtel, il est assez vieillot, dommage car le point de vue sur la vallée est merveilleux. La période de confinement n'a pas servi de leçon et les dysfonctionnements de cet établissement desservent la profession...

Comfortable stay. Rooms a bit tired/ could do with an upgrade. Dining area very modern and spacious. Outside area at the back fabulous. The front doesn’t give a great impression. Beautiful View of the Lot River

We were only in Fumel for 1 day to help our daughter get settled in for her new job. But found it to be a beautiful and quaint town. The Brit hotel was clean and quiet. The outdoor terrace was beautiful and had a wonderful view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
