La Casina is a cosy and functional holiday home located in Massa, in a quiet and well-connected area, ideal for families, couples, and small groups of up to 6 people.
The property is spread over two levels. On the ground floor, there is a bright, open-concept living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room featuring a double sofa bed. The bedroom features a double bed and a bunk bed. The interior is completed by two spacious bathrooms and air conditioning on both floors.
Outside, guests have exclusive use of a covered porch with a barbecue area, perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners. Wi-Fi, a TV, free private parking, and a fully equipped kitchen are also available. The house is entirely electric and does not use gas.
The location allows you to reach the beach in about a 10-minute drive. The train station is about a 14-minute walk or a 4-minute drive away, while the bus stop is located about a minute from the house. Supermarkets, a pharmacy, and restaurants are nearby.
La Casina is an excellent base for visiting Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio, Pisa, Lucca, and the Cinque Terre. Pets are allowed, and all areas are reserved exclusively for guests for the entire duration of their stay.
