"This place was so quaint and well thought out. It was great location with walking distance to restaurants. We loved the hot tub. We didn’t need WiFi but if you needed it the service was not reliable. You could get it on the front porch but not reliably in the house or back patio. Would stay here again!"

"This was our first visit to Fredericksburg. This location is perfect for walking to all the tourist shops on Main Street. It is quiet, clean, and very affordable! I appreciated the ease of communication with the property owners. I would have liked more storage areas/shelves in the bathroom area for toiletries, towels, and clean clothes when showering; even in the shower(for razors, washcloths, etc.). Also, they should have plastic wine glasses for the hot tub. However, these were minor...

"Had a large group of friends get together for a 30th bday! Enjoyed all the activities, and the river was absolutely perfect! Tons of room for everyone in the cabins. You will have spotty phone signal but wifi is great. Who needs their phones anyway?! Slide is not for the faint of heart but we all went down it multiple times! Everyone is already asking to do it again next year. Thank you, John and Becky!!!"
